Problem to Solve
Small and medium-sized pharmacies across the country were unable to access the process of purchasing specialty medications with personalized discounts. Meanwhile, GSK's sales team needed digital tools to modernize and manage the commercial process with major clients.

Objectives
The first objective was to bring the sales process to all pharmacies in Argentina. They aimed to increase customers and sales. Along the way, new objectives emerged, such as simplifying the creation of commercial agreements, order automation, and streamlining processes within an internal-use application.

Solution
Through comprehensive support, we provided consultancy, development, and assistance via a dedicated work cell, developing the following products over time:
1) GSKmás - EMA: Chatbot and Web Purchase Assistant for pharmacies
2) SIGA: API to automate system processes and connect all actors (internal and external)
3) FdV: Customized CRM for internal use by the field sales team targeting the laboratory's major clients
